Red Goat’s ethos revolves around sustainability, and that runs true for our kitchen too; its important to us that we pair with local businesses and reduce our carbon footprint. We make all efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and reduce waste throughout our work by recycling, reducing plastic intake, composting, sourcing ingredients locally and growing our own herbs.
Our dough is an adaptation of a classic Roman style pizza dough, we proof for no less than thirty hours to create the lightest and crispiest crust possible.
Our carefully selected olive oil is sourced from the sun-soaked Peloponnese region of the Greek mainland, and is a key ingredient in our recipes and our dough.
A traditional Marinara sauce with a twist, we like to add a dash freshly squeezed lemon juice, combined with fragrant basil sprigs for a zingy taste.
