Data Policy

  • The Red Goat Climbing Company stores, processes and transfers all customer data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (G.D.P.R).

  • All data processing performed by or for The Red Goat Climbing Company is done solely on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(A to B); that the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for the agreed purpose(s); and that this processing is necessary for the performance of the agreed contract between the data subject and The Red Goat Climbing Company.

  • The Red Goat Climbing Company transfers customer’s data to a number of third-party processors.

  • These processors are G.D.P.R-compliant, and all customers have authorized their data to be transferred to these processors as outlined in our privacy policy.

  • The Red Goat Climbing Company ensures that customer’s personal data rights are guaranteed, as outlined in the G.D.P.R.

  • The Red Goat Climbing Company allows data subjects to access all information held about them by The Red Goat Climbing Company and third-party processors.

  • The Red Goat Climbing Company allows data subjects to object to certain data processing operations when they have a legitimate reason to, under the G.D.P.R.

  • The Red Goat Climbing Company allows data subjects to request their personal data to be erased by all authorized processors if they withdraw the consent originally given with regard to the privacy policy, or if their personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposed for which it was collected.

  • The Red Goat Climbing Company agrees to notify all affected data subjects of any data breaches within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, where feasible as outlined by the G.D.P.R.
